In instances where a customer receives a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled product, a claim must be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery accompanied by photographic evidence. Upon successful verification of the claim, GheePinni will issue a partial refund of 50% of the product value.

This partial refund policy is applied to account for administrative processing and logistical overheads associated with perishable goods management. We do not offer full refunds or general returns for a change of mind.
